Whether we’re coming to evaluate a job or start work, we promise to get to you on time; if you wish we will ring ahead to let you know we’re on our way. 

We treat our customers as we expect to be treated and will always remember that we’re guests in your home. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our work we’ll do our best to put this right. 

Icon Electrical will only undertake work that needs doing, nothing else. Where we identify a safety issue with any aspect of the wiring in your home, we’re duty bound by a professional code of conduct to make you aware of this. It’s down to you to authorise any remedial work. 

Committing us to do the job at a time and date that’s convenient to you. Following a pre-work survey, Icon Electrical will agree a firm fee and timescale within which the job will be completed. If ever additional charges might be incurred, we will always discuss these with you first. 

We won’t confuse or muddle you with meaningless ‘techno-babble’. Just plain English. What the problem is and how we propose to fix it. 

If we’re mending a fault and we’re unable to fix it we won’t charge you.
